Gary X
|
|
Known to the rest of the civilized world as Gary Price, Gary X is one of the foremost
collectors and experts on autographs from the Star Wars films. He is the founder
of Wattographs, having splintered it off from the highly popular Autograph Central
website in 2000. His Star Wars autograph expertise (and second-to-none rolodex of
Star Wars actors) found Topps Trading Cards calling on him to help get the 25 signers
for their Evolution card set. Gary X is also the author of the forthcoming
Collecting the Autographs of Star Wars: A Reference Guide. He is also recognized as a
"super collector" contributor to the Star Wars Super Collector's Wish Book
by Todd Carlson, providing autograph pricing and articles. Gary X handles most site content,
celebrity signings and non-database-related programming. He resides in the Denver, Colorado area.

Scott Toth |
|
Scott lives in
Michigan, which is not that bad except for the weather. "I am
actually in a good location for attending conventions and I attend
as many conventions as I can that are within driving distance. I
collect every Star Wars autograph I can from the
actors/actresses to comic artists who have done Star Wars
art. I have branched out into other areas as well. I have quite a
few Star Trek autographs and miscellaneous autographs from
people I really liked in a movie or TV series. I have been
attending conventions since 1994....and they have changed
over the last 13 years." Scott is co-partner of Wattographs'
parent company, Orwell Interactive Media, and handles all
monetary transactions and shipping of Wattographs orders
(among other things). |

David "The Pyeman" Pye |
|
David lives in Norwich, England, where Mississippi is considered
to be the dazzling bright centre of the universe. "I have been
collecting Star Wars autographs since 1978 and sadly
action figures and the like as well - problem is I'm running out
of space for it all - must evict the wife! The joy of living in
England is that no UK convention is more than six hours away,
plus we have a plethora of actors from the first four produced
films...many of whom have become friends over the years. I
remember when actors signed for free! Ah, happy days. My
autograph collection takes in anybody who was in Star Wars
from Peter Cushing and Alec Guinness, down to that Lucasfilm
Guy." The Pyeman is our UK representative, handling all UK-based
signings and convention signings for Wattographs.

Andrew Youngberg |
| While most kids have
model airplanes hanging from their ceiling, as a kid Andrew had
B-Wings and TIE Fighters. He has been a programmer for eight years
professionally and is the resident Wattographs code monkey.
Some of the features on Wattographs that can be blamed on him
include the address database. Andrew lives in his own little slice
of Hoth called Willmar, Minnesota. |

Geir Nymo |
| Geir lives on an
island just outside the town of Bergen, Norway. He became a staffer
for Wattographs in summer, 2005, after putting together a
signing with four Norwegians involved in The Empire Strikes Back
as Hoth rebels. These individuals had never done an autograph
signing before. Geir does address research work and celebrity
contact for Wattographs. He's always looking to add to his
collection of Star Wars autographs and collectibles. Geir is
the all-time largest contributor of celebrity addresses to the
Wattographs database and also helps out by chiming in on the
forums, where he's been named official Court Jester. |

Gerald Schill |
| If there a bright
center to the universe Gerald says he's in the place it's furthest
from….Mississippi. He's been a Star Wars fan for 28 years and
caught the autograph bug four years ago. Gerald's married with two
Padawans of his own. He's a cook, having been doing it for 14 years.
He can make a mean Ewok gumbo! Gerald joined Wattographs in
August, 2005 and claim's he's been having a blast ever since. Also
known as The Ewok Hunter, Gerald handles celebrity contact for
signings. |

Joel Cooke |
| Everyone who has ever
known him knows that he's always wanted to be a Jedi since first
seeing the original trilogy. He hasn't stopped loving the Star Wars
universe since. Joel joined the Wattographs staff in Fall, 2005
after helping out extensively with the celebrity address database
for a good part of the of the year. He continues to make sure that
the database is up-to-date with new addresses and information, as
well as photographic images for various site content. Joel
resides in what some people consider to be the Tatooine of the
United States: Central Florida. |

Dennis Pellegrom |
| Dennis has been a Star Wars
fanatic ever since 1983, when his mum took the then
seven-year-old to see Return of the Jedi at the local
cinema. The autograph collecting bug hit him in 1996 and it
hasn’t stopped since. His Star Wars "highlight" so far,
has been acting as a personal assistant for Anthony "C-3PO"
Daniels at a convention. Dennis is one of the three editors of
the upcoming Studio64.nl Dutch movie website and content manager
of the (also upcoming) Tosche Station Dutch Star Wars fan
community. Many people will know him as ‘the Thin White Duke due
to his other fandom: David Bowie. Dennis lives in Eindhoven, the
Netherlands, often seen as the ‘Nal Hutta’ (according to Gary,
because of the Hutt influence) of Europe. Dennis will be
handling celebrity interviews for Wattographs. |

Christine "Shalla" Murray |
| Shalla got bitten by
the Star Wars bug in 1997 when the Special Edition came
out and she wanted to know what all the fuss was about. Three
weeks and three movies later she knew. The discovery of SW books
and comics along with the internet cemented her into SW fandom.
She currently runs the fan site Like Mother, Like Daughter
and helps out with the HTML code clean-up Wattographs
site. |
